This course is aimed at Yoga instructors or enthusiasts who want to learn how the body works in motion, specifically during asanas and pranayama.

We will cover more than bones, muscles and joints. We will also embark on an exciting reasoning about the optimal ranges of movements to avoid injuring our students and ourselves.

There is a lot of literature about muscles activated through the different asanas. Although this will be explained, we will go further for you to understand how daily and yoga movements impact on our health. Some pieces of information will dazzle you and make you think about situations that you thought were optimal or harmful.

Finally, we will address the most frequent injuries and diseases to take into account which asanas have the most damaging power and should not be performed by certain individuals. Remember the most important concept, AVOID INJURIES.
